We attend your property from before 8am daily to conduct a full days work, so that your project completes in the time lines agreed.
Imagine-Homes work is based solely on word and mouth recommendations from previous clients, or others who have seen our standard of workmanship. We are also commissioned by investors for refurbishments and new build. Each project, small or large, is given the identical approach with the same desired outcome, being client satisfaction.
In the first instance, we review any drawings, look at the site externally/internally, listen to your requirements and ideal outcomes, provide advice, based on experience and regulations; whilst considering any issues that may arise during the project.
We will work with you, in advance of works, to achieve the most cost-effective solutions for your project and bring other ideas from projects we have been involved with.

As a business, we are appointed as the Principal Contractor, to manage contractors on behalf of our clients and take this responsibility seriously.
Each project is specifically risk assessed using our own in house qualified health and safety consultant.
The risk assessments and method statements, along with an emergency plan, are recorded and included within the construction phase plan which is shared with the client.
We have a 100% record of safety and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
All building works are dangerous if not managed safely, proper risk assessed and using competent contractors. Imagine Homes has a list of approved contractors which is based on their approach to health and safety and the quality of their workmanship.
All personnel are briefed prior to being allowed to commence works on site.
